We have a number of choices for AD conversion, at the moment my favourite is the Motu 828X It’s got USB and Thunderbolt too, and provides up to 28 inputs and 30 outputs – all in a single rack space. Several ADAT inputs on the back allow this beast to play nicely with our Audient interfaces as well as several of our other preamps.
